New Stand with Attractions for all the Family.
In a new edition of FISA, the Southern Argentina Production, Work, Trade and Service Multisectorial Fair, the Bahía Blanca Port Consortium was once more present with a new stand. We were accompanied by the local Grain Stock and Zona Franca Buenos Aires Sur, the district Free Trade Zone, in this mini port project set up on the fair estate to enhance a proposal attractive for its structure as well as for its significance.
The activities chosen for this year were related to the Education Project that has been developed for the last several years to go on furthering and promoting the relationship of children with port life.
Skillful demonstrations with remote controlled boats at the pond were the amusement not only of children but of entire families. At the same time, in a container, there was a navigation simulator with different missions to accomplish.
Jorge Otharán, the Consortium President, was proud of the activities carried out in the stand and declared: “In the past a stand design was projected but year after year the proposal is remade. Our daily activity is transferred to FISA: our experience with local schools through our Education Project, our knowledge on port operation, our experience with the Free Trade Zone, etc. is all information that we are ready to share with those in need of detailed data. At the Free Trade Zone area of the stand an amusement for the whole family can be enjoyed and, the Grain Stock people, our partners at the stand, prepared a questionnaire and a questions and answers game.”
The Fair took place on April 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 9th, 10th and 11th at the Corporation premises, on the Sesquicentennial Road, km. 9, Bahía Blanca.
