| Public Service Concession of the Oil Tanker/Gas Carrier Terminals |
Tegral S.A. is the New Holder of the Concession
On July 1st the Bahía Blanca Port Consortium granted the public service concession of the Oil Tanker/Gas Carrier Terminal to Tegral S.A. for a 10 year term.
The new concessionaire will be in charge of rendering the following services:
- Fresh water provision to vessels.
- Operation of six loading arms.
- Electricity.
Our Board of Directors will consent on any complementary service for a better operation of the port activity that the new concessionaire would like to incorporate.
 The contract was undersigned at midday, on July 1st, at the Consortium facilities in the presence of the Consortium President, Mr. Jorge S. Otharán; the Board of Directors´ Secretary, Mr. Abel Rubén Di Meglio; the Legal and Accounting Consultants, Mr. Jorge E. Conti and Mr. Aníbal Fernandez respectively and representing the Operations Department, Mr. Edgardo V. Spagnolo.
On behalf of Tegral S.A. attended the company President, Mr. Roberto Ascani and the company Director, Ms. Natalia Zotta. Ms. Silvia Suarez Bras, the Consortium´s notary, was in charge of the notarization protocol process. |
